I was just wondering if a tammpon can break your heim and if so how would you tell if it happens at the same time as your period?
or how do u tell at all?

    i think it would, but i’m not sure. tampons are so much easier than pads though!

    it does, but i mean so can sports and major movement. your heim is very fragile so it can be broken by almost everything

    yes it can break using a tampon.
    you’d probably know because it hurts when it breaks, (well it does during sex, i haven’t broken it using a tampon so iwouldn’t know) but it’s not really a big deal. and if it was during your period you wouldn’t notice since there;s already blood
