German to English Translation in Mother Courage!!! Help!?

I need this passage from the play Mother Courage translated into English. The translators do not help.
Der Junge Mann:
Die Leut hier sagens auch. Es ist Frieden gemacht worden. Kannst du aufstehn? Die alte Frau steht betäubt auf. Jetzt bring ich die Sattlerei wieder in Gang. Ich versprech dirs. Alles kommt in Ordnung. Vater kriegt sein Bett wieder. Kannst du laufen? Zum Feldprediger: Schlecht ist ihr geworden. Das ist die Nachricht. Sie hats nicht geglaubt, dass es noch Frieden wird. Vater hats immer gesagt. Wir gehn gleich heim. Beide ab.

    The young man: “The people here say it too. Peace was made. Can you stand up?”
    The old woman is rising torpidly.
    “Now I will restart the saddlery. I promise you. Everything will be fixed. Father will get back his bed. Can you walk?
    To the field minister (priest for the military): “She got queasy. Father always used to say that. We’ll go home now. ” Exit both.
