If anyone who speaks German, can you tell me if this text is correct?

Um seiben Uhr stehe ich auf und ich gehe unten, zu frühstücken. Mein Frühstück ist Getreide Welcher Cheerios ist und mein Getränk ist Orangensaft. Dann gehe ich mich selbst waschen. Danach ich fahre um acht Uhr funf-funf zig mit dem Bus. Ich komme an meiner Schule an helb seiben.
Ich gehe um vier Uhr nach house. Ich fahre um Vier Uhr dreisig mit dem Bus. Wenn im Heim, das ich Tee esse

also what would this text be in the past tense. : /

    My German grammar isn’t that strong but in the first sentence if you reverse the verb/subject order in the first part then I think you have to do it in the second part, too. And that infinitive form doesn’t feel right, either. Isn’t this closer?
